The central rule

One room.
One belief.

There are no separate life totals. Every witness, motion, and exhibit pulls the same jury toward your verdict. Reach +10 before opposing counsel reaches −10.

The board stays public. The argument never does.

Opposing verdict −10 Your verdict +10

Three tokens. Public information. No second chances.

Their turn is still your move.

Objections are limited and decisive. Hold one for the right response window and cancel a matching filing outright, or spend too early and leave the rest of the case exposed.

A different kind of board

Break a witness.
Gain a problem.

Reduce a Witness to 0 Credibility and they do not disappear. They cross the aisle at 1 Credibility, marked Discredited. Break them again to remove them from the case.

01 Cross-examine

Testimony trades against Credibility. Attacking always costs something.

02 Cross the aisle

Three legal identities

Choose how you argue.

Your counsel sets the card pool, portrait, and pace of the case. Press certainty, defend the long record, or reveal what both sides hoped would stay buried.
